We have 2 studios available for hire.
The Dance Of Life Studios are located at 221 Broadmeadow Rd, Broadmeadow NSW 2292, just near the “Nine Ways”.
Easily accessible by train, bus and car. Off-road parking is available for up to 6 vehicles.
General Facilities
Access to toilet and kitchen facilities.
Both studios have a wall of mirrors and a built-in sound system.
Bluetooth connect-ability is available.
Upstairs Studio
The upstairs studio consists of a large polished dance floor with a full wall of mirrors and a sound system.
The studio can be hired for such activities as Yoga, Tai Chi, meditation and dance styles which DO NOT require hard or rubber sole shoes.
Bare feet or suede sole dance shoes only are permitted on this dance floor.
The dance floor can easily accommodate 20 dancers, however, larger groups have participated in dance workshops in this space.

Downstairs Studio
The downstairs studio also has a wall of mirrors and a sound system.
The floors are unpolished and suitable for a large variety of dance and exercise styles.
Activities such as tap, flamenco and zumba can be taught in this studio.
This studio also lends itself to music rehearsal and recording.
Shaunie P Music can help with logistics, recording and some equipment.

Cost: $35.00 per hour which includes the use of the general facilities listed above.
Any consumables such as snacks, tea or coffee etc… are to be provided by the hirer.
